PC running very slow in first 15 mins after startup

When i boot my PC, it is painfully slow for the first 10 to 15 minutes. recently i installed System mechanic and ran Startup optimizer , after on wards system running very slow for 10 to 15 min.

Windows Explorer also not opening properly. Network adapter takes nearly 15 min to connect to Internet.

I have McAfee full version and full version Anti Malware too..

I am unable to change startup selection to Normal. it goes to selective Startup only. i am attaching few screens to help you to understand the situation.

my system Configuration is also good. please would you help anyone to solve this problem?.

Hello and welcome gaanalola mate first up get it up and running do these
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2 > in safe mode if need be

SFC usually best run for three scans

Personally I would get rid of the Optimiser software and AVG and whatever anitmalware is better to run these
SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
    Malwarebytes | Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium
    AdwCleaner Download
ADW download from bleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans

If you want an AV then these are free look in the real time section but not AVG, Coomodo awful nagger) and McAfee - Bitdefender and Avast are quite good Free Windows Desktop Software Security List | Gizmo's Freeware

Now send a shot of what you have in that Start up tab in msconfig too because it is probably cluttered with stuff you do not need on start up in reality it need not have anything ticked in it - then open the Boot tabs and show us what is in it.

If you wnat good optimising method see this Optimize Windows 7 use as much of it as you can even if it means losing some "bling" like transparency
