Restoring back-up DVD

I restored most of the files on my old computer with winXp restore before it went down. How do I convert the data on the DVD? There are 13 files with the following labels.
Part1.zip.catalog.........
Part13.zip.catalog

How to I restore these files with my new computer and Win 7 ??
I have found a win 7 program to save files but not how to convert them back after being compressed.
