Administrative Tools from Start button is slow response

It took almost 10 seconds to collapse the submenus, and when it has, highlighted submenus can't keep up in following the mouse hover. I can even capture it with Snipping Tool before it has the chance to respond.

It's not like that the last time I check, until this morning. While the Favorites is still doing fine.

Can anyone help me to fix it please?

    Hello Matt and Jfield,

Reducing the Menu Show delay time should be able to speed up how fast the menu opens and closes.

    Hope this helps,

Not quite - that setting is in ms as I recall, and I already set it to 0. I'm talking a 35 second delay not half a second =)

You might also uncheck the items in the yellow tip box (step 5) in the Visual Effects turorial below to see if that may help some. These visual effects can sometimes delay the menu from opening and closing a bit.
