Benchmark Question

I'm about to go from 4GB to 8GB RAM and was wondering what benchmarking tools the community recommends?

Also going to OC my CPU from stock 3.4Ghz to >3.8Ghz...

I know Prime95 is for CPU benchmarking, should I just stick with PCMark 05?

Appreciate the responses...

Prime95 is for CPU torture testing, don't know about benchmarking.
