WEI problems -- this *sometimes* works
I had some problems on 2 computers with running the WEI on build 7048 x-64. It would bomb out with "Could not complete"
I found these two actions fixed both the wayward machines.
1) Install the NATIVE (not microsoft) chipset driver --in my case it was the Intel mobile GM965 chipset -- and ignore the message --driver is earlier than the installed one.
2) Run the WEI in elevatedcommand mode -- to do this go to accessories, run command, right mouse click and run as administrator.
then run the following command
after this finishes you should be able to see the WEI in the usual way via the control panle.
