After all those awesome figures, i cut a sorry figure! Here are my specs: 5302 Mb/sec,6GB RAM,Dual channel. I have noticed a big unhealthy difference between the "rated bus speed--->1061 MHz" and the "actual bus speed--->265 MHz"

My work PC has the Wolfdale Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 (your is the E7400), and my 'Bus Speed' and 'Rated Bus Speed' also show up like that. A quick Google session brought up this quote on TechPowerup's forum (and Wiki has a short article on Quad Data Rate):
your actual Bus Speed is in fact 200MHZ, but since intel uses quad-pumping per clock cycle, (think 4 lanes of highway), it is in fact doing 200MHZ x 4, ie 800MHZ Rated FSB Speed.
I'm suddenly feeling the need to go watch Bus Spe.... I mean Speed again.
i have 4 GB 1066 mhz running at dual channel
