Nothing wrong with those numbers for 1600MHz ram. Better then my 1600MHz does. I don't think the amount or ram has much effect? Note that with 32MB or default (16MB) I get only about 17.5 GB/s.
With 64KB, I get 37.8GB/s.
Bypassing the processor cache yields only 1GB/s...just to illustrate the importance of & gains due to processor cache.
