Here's my stable everyday setting. I had to throttle down the BCLK from 204 to 200 @ 19x so I could wake up properly. RAM is at DDR3-1603. I can run 100% stressed for at least 2 hours (Everest) - got bored afterwards even with lunch in between .

I tried to run 1800+ stable long-term (at least one hour 100% stress, which is not optimal but good enough for me ) but couldn't, and I tried many timing & voltage settings (for hours!). Enjoy! Maybe I'll give it another go .

    Hi Guys,

I have Kingston DDR2 800Mhz and am only getting around 5800MB/S. I think i should be getting atleast 7-8000? What do you think. It's on an Asus P5Q Pro and Q9400.
