For triple channel DDR3, it could be closer to 20k.
If you want to set the DRAM speed to 1600, read up on your motherboard manual, and get some additional info as mentioned in the Show Us Your WEI thread.
First thing to try will be to change your DRAM multiplier from 8 to 12, as mentioned in the links from the post above. Your CPUZ posted snip shows your DRAM multiplier is set as 8, FSB: DRAM [2:8].
If you have any questions, you should start a new thread in Performance & Maintenance | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number 76~2.0 OS Windows 7 Ult x64 - SP1/ Windows 8 Pro x64 CPU Intel Core i5-3570K 4.6GHz Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z77X UD3H, f18 Memory 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 1600 Corsair Vengeance CL8 1.5v Graphics Card Sapphire HD 7770 Vapor-X OC 1GB DDR5 Sound Card Onboard VIA VT2021 Monitor(s) Displays 22" LCD Dell Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Logitech Wave Mouse CM Sentinel PSU Corsair HX650W Case Cooler Master Storm Scout Cooling Corsair H80 2x12cm Noctua NF P12 , 2x14cm case fans Hard Drives Samsung 840Pro 128GB SSD,

I have put those settings back to auto in the bios after reading your post. The problem about starting a new thread is how to word it, as I'm not that good with the terminology etc,. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Built OS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64- bit CPU Intel Core i7-3770K @3.50ghz Motherboard EVGA Z77 FTW Memory Kingston Technology 16GB (2x 8GB) 2133MHz DDR3 Non-ECC Graphics Card EVGA GTX 670 4gb Sound Card Nil Monitor(s) Displays Samsung 22" Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 60hz Keyboard HP Wireless Keyboard Mouse Corsair Vengeance M90 PSU Enermax Platinax EPM1000EWT Special OC Edition Case Cooler Master HAF Full Tower nVIDIA Edition Cooling CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Plus Hard Drives OCZ Vertex 4 SSD 128GB

Nice score, DDR3 triple channel should be around 20k+, at 1600 MHz, this is a good score.
The expert tweakers here can get a little bit more.
Go back through this thread and check what people with similar specs as yours are getting.
Just remember, they have been tweaking their systems for several years, getting another couple of k's will take a lot of reading and time. High quality RAM can be OC'ed easier, as well.
Enjoy it.
