The "overclock" you're seeing there is nothing more than a slight frequency fluctuation, all PC components tend to do that to a certain degree. Your RAM is rated at 400MHz (800MHz DDR), and was running at 402MHz when you took that screenshot. So no, you won't see a performance boost because of an extra 0.5% higher clock speed...

Other than that, looks like you got a pretty decent system there. :) Nice CPU choice by the way, not top of the line, but you won't need to upgrade anytime too soon.
