Hmmm, low scores for DDR3. Are you showing 14GB used? (14 is a strange number?). What timings? Post a screenshot of CPU-Z memory and SPD tabs. A Guy

OK, you have 4GB dimms, so how do you get 14GB total? How many dimms do you have? Perhaps you have an odd number of unmatched dimms??

No doubt that unmatched 2GB dimm is what's pulling your numbers down.. Yours is a dual channel MB. You might actually get better numbers with just 2 4GB dimms in dual channel. A Guy

Did you put the 2 dimms in slots 1 and 3? If so, I'm not sure why your numbers are that low. I'd go ahead and put the 6 back for now, since your assessment went down. A Guy

No I didnt, put them in 1 and 3 and speed doubled! 18065MB/s!

WEI went down, why was that? And why did the speed double?

EDIT: After refresh WEI went back up to 7.6

Don't know about the WEI, but the second part sounds like you just proved the value of dual-channel vs single-channel RAM.
