It's better then what I get for my 4GB DDR3 1600MHz. Assuming your system specs are correct.

yeah i have 4gb ddr3 1600MHz and corrected the timing/speed in the bios.

This is kind of a stupid question i'm sure, but i have 8 more gb coming soon (to make total 12gb ddr3 running at 1600MHz), will that increase the performance, i guess by just raising the MB/s

    Hi Mag1c,

It will make no difference on winsat mem at all.

It just measures the speed of the memory, the amount is of no importance.

    Cheers

    Paul.

Did you ever tried the 1:1 ?

Run the benchmark now then set cpu ram in 1:1 aqnd rerun the benchmark.

My cpu is 9x266=240 and my ram is 800mhz\400x2 so i have FSB : RAM 2:3
    With results in benchmark 5\10

I set my cpu to 6x400=240 and my ram 800mhz\400x2 so i have FSB : RAM 1:1
    With results in benchmark 7\10
