Not over clocked or anything special. Just running normal. I realize that my MB defaults to 1066 with the 12 gigs memory installed. I could over clock the base freq in Bios but I really don't need to do that for my use.

To put plainly, the higher the number, the faster your RAM works... The line stating 'Memory performance' shows the number of MegaBytes your memory can process every second at full speed, so the faster the better.
Your PC specs don't show anything about the type or speed of RAM your computer has, so there isn't really any way we can tell if it's 'good' or not. If you're running DDR2 at 800MHz, then it is a bit slow.. If you're running RAM at 400MHz or 533MHz, then I guess it's probably decent.. Hope that helps clear it up a bit.
