Not really, mine received 4.3 although why Aero is more than a full point lower than gaming graphics is a mystery. As to the OP, have you installed the newest drivers for your GPU? Preferably WDDM 1.1 7 certified?

@awjm, since you recently installed x64, you may be missing the correct drivers or your BIOS may need to be updated. Check on the HP and NVIDIA sites if there are new upgrades for your computer and graphic cards. NVIDIA especially, since there are frequent and recent x64 updates.

I had all the latest x64 bios and drivers .. problem seems to be heat related to me, if i run the WEI right after a cold bootup it works and give me the correct score. I elevated my lappy and put a small fan to blow on it, and the score went up by 1 .. so definitely heat i would think.
