removed some startup programmes and password and it does start quicker

Windows 7 Home Premium x64 OEM --> RTM clean install
 
 

I got 85 seconds with password, and this from a lowish spec Toshiba lappy full of OEM bloat. Once I clean install, I'll repost, hehehe!
