Here is my reboot time with windows indexing and gadget disabled. windows 7 32 bit. 2 GB RAM. 2 GHz Core 2 duo.

I boot to the login screen in 45 seconds.

Does this include the the time it takes to shutdown after you click restart?
Using a stopwatch it takes about 60 sec to my desktop from the initial Dell splash screen, but the app says 76 seconds.

Yes, it does.

The script saves the current time, adds itself temporary to the autostart and reboots. After reboot the script gets started and calculates the time difference between the first time and the second time.
