| Windows 7 Ultimate x64 + x86 + Windows 8 x64 12,084 posts Newport, South Wales, UK |  With full set of services Non default OS in Dual Boot (have to manually select) Strong Password on the account (have to type in with shift keys and stuff) and my system spec It'll do PS. I have tried every customising trick in the book and it remains unchanged. I,m still getting 64 seconds on my Vista64 OS, on the same computer! |

| Vista and now 7 in 32 and 64 bit. 756 posts Denmark | Ok. I think I,ve got it. These times are being logged on a raw install - correct? On a reinstall of 7, and then a reboot with Reboot vbs, I got 68 seconds. Still not competion for my Vista installation, but it has a year to go yet before final release. With Ms word 2007 installed, it drops back to 110 seconds and then, with my anti virus , to 165 seconds. So it has a long long road ahead, before it can compete with a customised Vista. |
