Windows 7 - rundll32.exe using 60% CPU?

| | rundll32.exe using 60% CPU? At random times, all my programs will just grind to a hault. I check the task manager and find that rundll32.exe is running using 60-80% of CPU resources, with non-stop hard disk activity. It seems to happen at random. Can someone tell me how to stop this? |
