Windows 7: Inconsistent WEI

Inconsistent WEI

I have two W7x64s installed on the same machine but each OS is installed on its own separate physical hard drive. The WEI for #1 OS is 6.8/7.4/6.0/6.0/5.9 while that for #2 is 6.9/7.4/7.4/7.4/5.9.
I wonder why there are so much difference between the two for the graphic performances.
The two HDDs are not the same model but are very similar. The one for #1 OS is HitachiHDE721010SLA330 and another for #2 is Hitachi HDS721010CLA332. Both are 1TB/7200rpm/32MB but the second one is newer model.
Has the performance of the HDD anything to do with the graphic performance?

Windows 7 Ultimate x86-64

The second is better although that is high. My gaming rig received 6.5/7.4/7.6/7.6/5.9.

Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit)
bit similar issue

I have a bit similar issue, but the difference is not that big. The motherboard of my notebook has been recently replaced (due to a malfunction in the integrated card reader) with a similar one (at least in theory they were similar), and after the change the WEI scores of my graphics performance decreased. Previously, the WEI of my desktop/gaming performance were 6.7/6.7 and now they are 6.6/6.6 on the same hardware. I re-run the assessment a few times, but I always got the same scores. Ok, its not a big difference, but still a bit disturbing.

Very inconsistent BSOD System_Service_Exception
I am running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and I keep getting a random BSOD error. It happens quite often but never after any recognizable action. I do have to say it tends to happen most often while streaming Netflix. I have checked all of my drivers for updates (at least I think I have) and I still...

Inconsistent internet connection
Hi, I posted a few weeks ago asking about a sudden inconsistent wireless connection. I tried a bunch of things to no avail, but now I've tried connecting my computer directly via ethernet and I still have occasional issues with my internet. Previously, I was using a wireless setup and the...

Windows 7 Search is Inconsistent
I have had issues with Windows 7 and Vista search since I started using them. I am hoping someone can tell me what I am doing wrong. If I search in non-indexed locations for a file that I know is in that location or its subdirectories somewhere, why does it sometimes never show up? Here is an...

Inconsistent video problem
Hi – I am quite sure this is not the right forum for this issue, but maybe somebody can tell me where to go (lol). I have what I have to call a major bizarre and headachy problem. My hardware is listed below. My monitor just stops working occasionally on my home desktop. I mean it is 100% blank...

Inconsistent WOW fps from 75 to 3 and back
My fps can range from 50 to 75 then drop to 3 or 4. It will stay that way for awhile then back to normal. This can happen in the Barrens or in a heavy battle at Wintergrasp. I am not sure if it is Windows 7, the Nvidia 9100 graphics, or both. Could the low dedicated video memory of 256MB be the...
Inconsistent sleep issues.
I am using Windows 7 exclusively as a media center (using Windows 7 Media Center). From Media Center, when I click the "sleep" icon, the system appears to sleep, but never does, and after 5-10 minutes, system shuts down entirely only to get the "improper shutdown" screen when I restart. Has...
