Which Files Does the Windows 7 System Maintenance Tool Delete?

I have an extra folder on my DeskTop called DeskTop Extras that I put shortcuts into that I don't use all the time, maybe 3 months or longer. But when I want them they are in that folder, so I don't want them cleaned up & removed
