Hibernation vs Sleep?

well i have a laptop (feel free to look at the specs) and i usually do hibernation to let my laptop rest to go do something and then i also see "sleep" mode right above the hibernation...what is the difference and which is better that loads up to my desktop faster and back to action? (meaning i be back to do what i uaually wanna do with my laptop like youtube or emails and that).

what do you guys think? thanks

so...sleep is something like a short time thing (minutes to hours) and hibernation is for a long time thing (hours)

something like that is correct?

Thanks guys. Now i know the actual differences between hibernation and sleep modes. I think ima just stick with sleep for like short time and hibernation for long terms (like me going to sleep and then waking up for me using it
