Windows 7 32bit rtm don't get enough ram?

I upgraded it from RC to RTM yesterday. Before I upgraded, it shows my computer has 2.00gb but after I get RTM, it shows that I have 1.23gb of ram. WTH is this? My system is
GA-EP45-UD3P Motherboard
Intel core 2 duo E7400 2.8ghz
KINGMAX DDR2 RAM 2 sticks 1gb bus 1066
VGA 9800gt 512mb but CPUZ shows that it's up to 800MB+!

I hope I get an answer soon

Where are you seeing that you only have 1.23 Gb of Ram?
If you use Windows 7 Task manager under the Performance tab what does it say Total Available.

1.23GB + 800MB = 2GB more or less. Type resmon.exe into the start menu and post a shot of the memory tab. You need more memory anyway. 2GB is not enough for 7.
