No admin rights and C:\ is read-only

    I got apache running and installed just fine. I can connect to the Win7 box from a remote computer successfully. I can also edit the config file and successfully save/overwrite the existing data.

    Some combination of things somehow made this actually work. haha. Thank you guys so much.

    The command does not restore all security settings that are applied when you install Windows, so if you run into other problems only a reinstall will fix it.
