Yep, BIOS is up to date also.

Just tried diagnosing the network adapter & it came back with this -

Your computer appears to be correctly configured, but the device or resource (DNS server) is not responding.

What are you using for your network protocol? homegroup? Do you have any other machines on the network?

Frostmourne - The nforce chipset driver is updated. I'v checked my BIOS & cant seem to find any settings relating to disabling ports.

Ken - Yes, I'm on the homegroup, & there are no other machines on the group.

Edit - Just changed the settings & left the homegroup.

    Hi everyone!

I Finaly found a thread where people talks about my problem
Yes, I got EXACTLY the same, my computer is lagging to death when I'm sharing ( up/down ) data with my network. I can't even use my mouse correctly.

First, I noticed it using MegaManager ( the megaupload tool ). I Thought it was this program causing the lag. But today, after a lot of tests, I got a lot of programs lagging my computer while downloading/uploading from them:

MegaManager, PS3 Media Server, Firefox and even Windows Live Messenger.

I Found a temporary solution, I execute thoses programs from a Virtualized XP ( Virtual PC ) and it really works. But I don't want to do this everytime, so if someone found a real solution, I'll appreciate.

    Thanks

I seem to have found the root of my problem after noticing a few more topics on here.

Malwarebytes Anti Malware. After uninstalling that program everything was working as it should be.

If you have that installed thepopol777, try getting rid of it & see if that helps. Remember replace it though. Try Spybot S&D, or Adaware.

    Best of luck.

    Seriously????!!!
    I got MalwareBytes Installed!
I'll try unistall it right now. Thanks for notice this here, that's nice.
However, how could MalwareBytes causes the problem? I mean.. I know there is a "Realtime protection" on the Pro version, but If you uses the free version ( only for manual check ), does it still causes the lag?

    Thanks anyway!:)

Edit: Oh my dear lord, IT WORKS! Thanks dude, I've read your reply a minute before my Seven full Reinstall. thanks again.
