Removing Entries from Programs and Features

Trying to remove entries in Programs and Features, clicking on them to Uninstall, it tells me it can't find program, so how do I remove the entry from the list.?

I'm sure I've seen a way before but I can't remember what it is.

You may try looking C:/ program files and see if you have a folder for the uninstalled program and delete it and do a restart it should be gone. If that doesn't work come back and we'll figure it out.
