Are you in sleep mode or is it just the monitor?

Go to power options (start menu type in) Go to your current power plan. Click on change plan settings. You can then change the amount of time before the os sleeps.

Does your computer have a feature to go into a rest mode to conserve battery?

Go to cmd and type in "powercfg -lastwake"
Type out what it says here in the forums. It might be that your computer never actually went to sleep mode. It might just be your monitor.

ALso, some third party programs, like Verdiem can take control of the power policy in order to help your laptop conserve energy. Make sure none of those types of services or programs are installed.

It says 'Wake history count - 0'

It's not just the monitor, I have to power it on again, and it says resuming windows.

The Wake history count-0 means that your computer hasn't woken from sleep, meaning you computer never came out of sleep mode since you last reboot.

Do you have any of those third party programs?
