Partition Query

I shrank my OS partition by 20Gb to create a partition for XP (had to dual-boot for a while). I managed to sort out most of my XP stuff and can run it on Windows 7 so I shrank the XP partition by 10Gb which i want re-incorperate into my Windows 7 partition. Thing is I don't know how to re-incorporate those 10Gb into Windows 7 without (obviously) affecting my Windows 7 OS.

Here's what I have at the moment:

What I want is to 'add' NEW VOLUME to WINDOWS 7 (C: )
Help please.
