Cpu 100 percent load

it is currently at 100 cpu load avp the kaspersky is using up 95 cpu
when it is scanning but this is the first time it is using 95 what is wrong

Type process explorer in search. It may be able to help you locate the cause of the problem.

If you right click on the task bar, then task manager, you can see what process is using memory and how much.

Whatever you find, my suggestion is that you begin using Microsoft Security Essentials, it uses small amount of resources. In conjunction use Malwarebytes. You will have excellent protection with small resource usage.

no it's fine now it is still scanning but cpu load has gone down

If it is fine now, got to search, type event viewer, and look for errors around the time of the problem.
