    x86 or 64Bit for me?

I got a HP CQ50-139WM laptop. You can see my specs at bottom. I have been testing 32bit, and know from asking a sales rep and from programs reporting to me to use 64bit instead, but with what I have should I be able to do so without issues? *for windows 7 64bit*

A woman in the live chat HP offers told me that my laptop is fully capable of running a 64Bit OS, due to the processor I have was a different form of celly.

I would say go for it, you have the best opportunity to find out how it runs for free, so what do you have to loose.

The processor does run 64bit. I had build 7048 on there, but not long enough to use thuroughly.

Its worth testing out now so you know if you will need to do any upgrades when Win7 is finally released.

64-bit OS doesnt require 4gb in order to run, it just makes more use of it compared to a 32-bit OS which has limitations.
