    Sr.Citizen looses memory...on motherboard

Running Win7/64 with onboard video sysinf shows the following

Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 4.00 GB
    Total Physical Memory 3.75 GB
    Available Physical Memory 2.76 GB

Adapter Type ATI display adapter (0x9614), ATI Technologies Inc. compatible
Adapter Description ATI Radeon HD 3300 Graphics
Adapter RAM 384.00 MB (402,653,184 bytes)

Anyone have any idea where the 250MB went to,between Installed Physical Memory and "Total Physical Memory"?

love the title, the extra lost memory is taken up by other installed devices , it's normal

Installed physical memory is the actual memory module size, Total Physical memory is the memory available for the OS to work on (or allocate to other applications). The difference between the installed and Total value could be due to the memory allocated to your video card. Available physical memory is the amount of memory that is left free after the consumption by the operating System and the other applications.
