    Task Manager 'unusual window'

I noticed that my Task Manager (Pressing Ctrl+alt+Del button) is different than the usual or normal window (see image).

What seems to be the problem? Why there's no text or menu that normally shows on TM?

Kindly help me to resolve this kind of 'unusual problem'.

    Thanks and regards,

Double click the empty border to toggle between the two views (clickable area marked with red in attached images).

It works, has worked at least since Win2000. I'll bet my place in Heaven on that (not going there anyway, according to my mom )
