Is anyone tracking the performance of the various builds?

Only a cursorary glance in my case.

7048=bad
7057=excellent
7068=good
7077=good

that sort of thing. nothing too detailed.

Interesting I had similar results.
I used geekbench across those same builds (64bit). I will post the numbers later when i get home from work. The differences were minor.

Any chance the RC on May 5th will be "excellent" on performance?

Im hoping so, maybe this 7100 leak will give us some indication. Alas Im still downloading it.

I vote for build 7100, the RC. It's more stable than a horse training facility

build 7100 is also very fast for me. On par with 7068.
7077 felt slower for some reason on my machine.

It's been getting faster ever since build 6956. I can't remember build 7048 though for some reason; even though I have a 7048 DVD.
