    Microsoft Fix It Center

Microsoft has released a Fix It Center that looks promising. I haven't done any testing yet to see how much smarts it has. Check it out.

I used it a couple times when it first came out. It definitely has it's uses, especially for people without a lot of computer and/or troubleshooting skills. It definitely could be improved, but is much better than a beginner trying to find help in a help file, or worse, the always broken "search for a solution online" button that never had a solution or a hope of ever having one.

Your link doesn't work, Carl. Perhaps that thread was removed. The News post I made is here: Microsoft adds repair shop to Windows (Beta)

It gave an error when I tried to install. I see other people have this problem as well. Haven't found a fix yet.
