Windows 7 - no balanced power plan

no balanced power plan

hi all,
i just recently noticed that my laptop does not have a 'balanced' power plan. It only has: 'HP optimized, high performance and power saver'. Does anyone know why 'balanced' isn't available?

HP replaced it with its own.
