Windows 7: Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files

So basically, after reinstalling it the first time (due to the same errors as above. It was recommended by a very helpful guy here to reinstall due to so many files missing/corrupted), i checked cmd and the old sfc /scannow command and it was all ok. This was a few months ago.

I usually do this once every fortnight and then the cant repair corrupt files thing happened recently.
Bah, what is the problem now?!

Any solutions are welcome.
