Windows Media Player uses 100% of my processor

Anytime I have Windows Media Player or Windows Media Center open I can barely move my mouse to do anything else. We addressed this problem earlier by turning some share file into manual mode and that worked for a while. Now its Media Player and Media Center in general. This is so frustrating because I have been using this setup since xp and have had no problems until now. Any help would be great. Thanks in advanced! -Kevin
