    Don't forget that the WEI is just simply a means of rating system components using a method that is consistent. It does not, never has and never will, reflect real-life scenarios. It just provides the system with the basics, such as Can I run the full Aero Interface? and as a means for you to compare its performance when upgrading components. Actually, my WEI of 5.9 is the highest I can achieve using a standard HDD, so I am quite happy with that. Only SSDs can push this figure higher, but they are financially prohibitive.

    I turned it off and it was still the same.

    I really think that it should be averaged...

    not based on the "weakest link" *lol*

    Not the "dee dee dee" of the computer's performance

    but anyways... I could care less if my computer can

    do spacey things with my open windows

    My computer is fast and it works great..

    I dont have half the problems that these people come on this forums have

    so I should just consider myself lucky.
