yeah you right
It is a matter of opinion as Jon says, but my opinion if I had a choice Vista or Windows 7 without Aero, I would go for 7, and never look back.
Add another 512mb of RAM or more. It makes a big difference in performance.
what means?: graphic card doesn't support aero
what is it now my graphic card or my ram memory?
what is the importanst ram or graphic card
I received your PM asking the above question. It is the policy of the forum that questions be answered so that others may benefit, too. I was going to answer the PM, but see that Jon has beat me to it. I agree with his answer. But, to go just one step further, if he is right or wrong, it is my honest educated opinion that your computer is just not up to the job of enabling aero. Once again, I think it would be in your best interest to forget that truly worthless feature (other than looks) and enjoy what you have. You do have a great OS, you know. Take care.
EDIT they are both, ram and graphic card, important. But, I would rather have sufficient ram, rather than a state of the art card.
yeah ram doesn't cost so much
about 15 bucks
They are the same importance, as far as Aero is concerned. You could buy a $500 video card, and you still couldn't run Aero.
You could also upgrade to 12GB RAM, and you still couldn't run it.
You could upgrade to 12GB RAM and a $500 video card, and you still probably couldn't run Aero, because your CPU is not powerful enough.
See what we mean? Your machine simply lacks the power. You are best off buying a new machine, or just using your current one without Aero.
EDIT: I just paid $50 for 2GB RAM.
but i just wanna buy more ram because i wanna play games
