Yes... you have already diagnosed your own problem! too many Antiviruses!

Uninstall all but one Realtime Virus Scanner. I can see why its going slow, every single one of those is checking what you are doing before it will let it run. Add into that they can each only do it one at a time and you end up with a slow system. Your AV's are fighting each other. Personally I'd get rid of everything except MSE but thats down to you which one to keep

oh and CCleaner isn't an antivirus, you can keep that on there without impacting performance

I agree with Martin. Uninstall all but one. My personal preference is MSE, but others' opinions will vary.

Here is a list of uninstallers for you to use: AV Uninstallers

You can keep SuperAntiSpyware on there as well if you want. The free edition doesn't have any real time protection, that might be slowing you down. The free is only used as a manual scanner, when you want to do a manual scan. Wouldn't be impacting normal operating performance. .

Your welcome :) here is Oli's (osholt) guide to marking threads solved

To the top right of this post you will see 3 icons. An orange (+), a set of scales and a red and white warning triangle.

The orange (+) or blue (-) denotes whether a user is on or offline (orange = on, blue = off).

The scales are used to give rep points; click this button if someone has helped you significantly or solved your queries (only give this to posts that you think really deserve it).

The red and white warning triangle is used to denote either an abusive post OR to mark a thread as solved (just put solved in the box that comes up and the admins or moderators will mark it solved).

    Marked.

You could also take a look at this tutorial, and maybe get some ideas of what might help with your performance further. If you do decide to implement anything from it; read carefully, and choose wisely.
