Scheduled Check Disk Doesn't Run I had this problem about six months ago. My autochk file had become corrupted, so chkdsk wouldn't run when scheduled. I found a replacement file on this site, downloaded it, and it fixed the problem. I'm having the same problem again and have spent an hour trying to find that specific problem on the site and the download file. Can't find it.
Anyone able to point me to the page?
Thanks. | My System Specs |

Fixed Thanks for the sfc /scannow suggestion. SFC found autochk.exe had errors and could not restore. Extracted file from DVD.
Scheduled chkdsk runs on boot now.
Many thanks. | My System Specs | | |
