Desktop Windows Manager Issues/Degredation
I have been having some issues with loggin into my desktops. This usually happens after I try to login from password protected screensaver. So far the only way I can avoid this is to not have a password on when the screensaver kicks in or to turn off the screensaver altogether.
Here is what pops up in the event viewer:

Reason : CPU resources are over-utilized.
