Try disabling you firewall/Anti virus and then install it, I often have problems installing software until i turn off my firewall protection.

sorry for late reply.Last time, i have installed it without any problems. I have searched that some updates from winUpdate might have caused spooler issues. Luckily today, I have managed to fix the "add printer" issue. But still 1 of the required drivers for my printer always fails to install. I have downloaded the right driver for the model and its corresponding os(Windows 7). I don't want to do a fresh install for i will have to download those bunch of hotfixes again. >.< | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number ECS OS Windows 7 Ultimate x86 CPU Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2200 @2.2GHz Motherboard P4M900T-M2 Memory 1GB DDR2 Graphics Card S3 Chrome9 IGP Sound Card Via HD Audio Monitor(s) Displays AOC 193FW 1440x900 Hard Drives MAXTOR 160GB Print Spooler issue- Don't let me install a printer problems?
