    MSE Causing Startup Issues?

    Hi,everbody.

Browsing Performanc Info and Tools and came up with this.

I have seen the startup timefor MSE go way over what is posted.I've tried to set MSE to Auto-Delayed start-which was suggested, and which I am not comfortable with-to no avail.Parameter is incorrect or some such thing.Action couldn't be accomplished,at any rate.

My OS boots from Welcome screen to online accessability in 25-30 seconds.Restarts in under a minute.I really don't notice any start issues and was wondering if someone else might have some insight to offer?

    Should I be concerned?

No you shouldn't be concerned...MsMpEng.exe in Microsoft Security Essential is known to take some ressources, therefore Windows 7 does list it in Performance evaluations

The Date Reported is from Sat Jun 12, 2010...Might be during the first install

    That's Normal!:)

MSE will never cause startup issues, almost never.
