Windows 7 - please help me my desktop not load

I always boot the system and load normally but now when turn on the system not load normally and only i see my document and black screen in screen i send my desktop and screen photo please help me what happened to my windows

no not work in safe mode also not work and i have end update of nod32 antiwirus
