memory usage high

it is just i did a sfc/scannow and it found corrupt files but could not fix them and that's why i was concerned with the memory use

PS: Your RAM usage is completely normal. No need to save the RAM for a rainy day. If you have higher priority jobs that wants to run and need more RAM, the system will make the required adjustments.
My usage when I only browse the forum is around 35% (with 32bit Win7 on 3GBs of RAM).

any luck with log

my computer uses 29 percent on idle my phsical memory is at i have a 32 bit
system 3GB RAM and 5 GB page file but why is the usage so high
and it climb to 35 percent if i have it on for a couple of hours
but it used to stay at 17 percent on idle i use cleanmem
they all start when i changed my account to a different one i delete the my previous account
all i want is to get the memory usage down to normal

If you want to see what is using your ram, open task manager with ctrl+shift+esc. Go to processes, then click show processes from all users. Click memory once, and it should show what is using most memory at the top, and the least at the bottom. I think I said this already, but you probably had certain features or startup items turned off before. That is the only reason I know of that it would be below ~30%. Your actually one of the first people with 2-4 GB of RAM that I have seen report less than ~30%.
