what is this and can i disable it and if i do what will happen like what is it for
in simply terms there is three sub headings under it

Hosting in Windows Process Activation Service

This service is not installed by default. You can add/remove this service in Windows features- Turn on or off. I just checked in my own machine and everything is turned off there. And my machine runs fine.
