Cleaning up Right Click Menu

Mine currently looks like this because of the Programs I have installed, I need them but this just looks horrible.

I use WinRar but I don't use any of the selections they have there.

I don't use Rotate, Share With, Restore Previous, Send To

Hell, I really don't use my Right Click lol, but having Kaspersky and the Copy To/Move To Folder and Take Ownership is good stuff.

EDIT: I wasn't sure what to search for, so if there's something about his already I apologize. I've already downloaded ShellExView and I'm so lost.

Thanks, but that didn't really help me with my issue. I just want to delete some of the Options such as all the WinRAR ones.

Winrar lets you customize the context menu options. Open winrar, click on Options-> Settings-> integration-> Context menu items. Check the ones you want to keep. If you dont want ANY right click menus for winrar, just uncheck the box 'Integrate winrar into shell" under "shell integration" in the integration tab.
