If staying with XP, another 512 MB of ram if you can find it cheap. If going with Windows 7, leave it alone as anything needed (new video card, that old 9200 would have to use XP drivers; and take the ram to 2 GB, 1 GB would do but 2 definitely better) will cost more than the whole computer is worth.

    1) Is it worth the money, to upgrade?
    2) Upgrade Ram to 2gb.
    3) Upgrade Graphics to 512mb or higher.

There's plenty of upgrades you could do but what do you plan to use the computer for? As-is, it would be fine for web surfing, forum reading, checking email, etc... but it would be inadequate to play the latest games.

You need to decide if it's worth it to you to put money into this machine to upgrade it for your intended use.
