microsoft photo editor problem

CIMG7618.JPG - 4shared.com - photo sharing - download image
MPE will open it in XP and Vista 64.
But NOT win 7 64.
wont accept - i suspect - files greater than 3M
ideas anyone?

Photo Editor to insert photos in Acess 2010

I'm not able to insert photos anymore in Access 2010. It indicates Package in the table. When I used Access 2003, there was no problem to insert photos in a table.

Is there someone who can help me?
