hi guys i need help fix dis problem is my computer at risck ?? also is there a way to fix dis problem?????

Not really.

Just run Windows update from the start menu.

Not having passwords on User accounts isn't a real security risk as long as you don't plan on losing your computer and have an antivirus program installed. It's personal preference and just Windows alerting you to the possible risk.
